Our IT division has an Identity & Access Management (IAM) section that has a lot of challenges coming up and is therefore looking for a trilingual Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the IAM domain.
The main project to further improve Identity & Access Management involves:
• Improvements to ensure current IAM services for both end-user accesses and those with privileged rights (e.g., drafting or updating SLAs, service description, third-party agreements, setting up a guard service, setting up service monitoring, improving account and access provisioning processes, …)
• The scope of the current access management tool by integrating business applications and sharepoints. Simplifying the management of accesses to shared drives
• The current tool for managing accesses with privileged rights. Integration with SIEM Splunk, roll out session management, roll out vault management, integrate network layer
• The IAM processes, including manual for line managers and end users
Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensuring the complete management of projects from start to finish
• Be responsible for the business case, resource forecast, project budget and project planning
• Delivering high-quality, integrated and innovative solutions within the agreed deadlines and budgets
• Streamlining solutions to ensure business value and effective cost-to-serve
• Provide timely and appropriate reporting throughout the project life cycle
• Lead a project team consisting of various (internal and external) collaborators
• Enter into agreements with partner organisations and manage partner delivery performance
• Manage project relationships, stakeholders and third party relationships
• Actively participate in and contribute to the Project Management Community
Who are you?
• Trilingual proficiency in English, French, and Dutch
• 7 to 10 years of experience in IT within the energy sector
• 5 years of expertise in project management
• 5 years of specialisation in Identity and Access Management
• Proficient in project management methods, practices, and tools
• Experience with budget preparation, vendor, and contract management
• Familiar with Cyber Security, Active Directory and Access Management
• Knowledge of MS PPM and Power BI
• Customer and result-oriented
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
