Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Scala developer for an innovative new project.
Location: Hybride / Amsterdam (50/50)
Period: 6+ months
Project start date: ASAP
Techstack: Scala, ZIO, Axon, AWS, Istio and Kubernetes
Organization
You will work on building an innovative new platform. Integration and improvement are the keys words.
Together with your colleagues you will work to a modern distributed microservices system architecture, you build extraordinary services for high volume traffic and data.
Function
You will:
– Think-forward to architect, design, develop, deploy and operate services.
– be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team.
– Applied knowledge of software engineering, as well as coding best practices that minimize tech and architecture debt.
Requirements
Skills and experience:
– Understand business needs and can turn problems into software solutions.
– Several years of experience in OOP/FP (Java/Scala) to demonstrate a level of maturity.
-Experience with Event Sourcing or CQRS is a plus.
– Comfortable working with AWS or other cloud environments.
– Be proactive in learning and preparation.
