Duration: 5+ months (32 – 40 hours a week)
Location: Remote working within the Netherlands (so living in the Netherlands)

Background
Our client is actively working on further developing their products. This includes adding AI solutions to daily work but also in customer facing products. Next to adding AI solutions, there is also a focus on learning analytics.
There is also a strong focus on how to improve internal processes and doing that data driven. To guide the business through the privacy and AI topics, we have created a Privacy & Security by Design process which includes a PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment) and AI assessment.
Function
What are you going to do?
We are currently looking for an experienced Privacy Consultant with a proven track record in doing assessments in the field of privacy, knows privacy laws in Europe (GDPR and e-Privacy Directive), and has knowledge of the EU AI Act. The consultant will be tasked with doing privacy & AI assessments, and will be asked to be proactive in recommendations on improving the current way of working.
Requirements
Skills and experience
• Being knowledgeable on relevant laws (GDPR, e-Privacy Directive) is required for this position, knowledge of EU AI Act would be seen as a benefit
• Having experience with privacy assessment is required for this position, having experience with AI assessments is nice to have
• Hands-on professional who is passionate about their work and takes a result driven and proactive approach.
• We are looking for a person who has strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in an in an international context, appreciating cultural differences and the ability to influence multiple levels within an organization are considered key success factors in this role.
