We are looking for experienced Service Manager to join the Cloud team. The team is providing Networking, Security and Cloud services across the Belgium, the Nordics, the Netherlands and Spain.
The focus of this role is on AWS Service delivery management, but also Azure is in place.
Function
The new Service Manager will be responsible for managing the cloud services and it’s respective suppliers.
Main tasks: The daily service management of our cloud and on-prem hosting services infrastructure in close collaboration with our supplierr.
Requirements
Requirements:
– Proven experience with AWS services (5+ years), knowledge from Azure and GCP will be seen as plus
– Have a proven track record of delivering results in operations service management
– Ability to support business technology units and project in different European countries
– Fluent in English language
– Good documentation, presentation and communication skills
– Prior knowledge from network and security services
