Organization<\/h4>\n

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager in Marketing and Sales<\/strong> area with experience Hubspot CMS\/Marketing Automation and\/or FreshWorks modules<\/strong>.
Reporting to Marketing and Sales Domain Owner, it is expected that the selected candidate will have hands on experience in Service Management aspects.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Function<\/h4>\n

In this technology role will work closely with Marketing and Sales Domain Owner, development teams as well as business stakeholders. In this role we expect you to have also technical understanding of solutions of the domain<\/em> and you also support the domain owner to lead Marketing and Sales area and deliver defined projects in time.<\/span>

You bring knowledge and experience of the service management, software architecture, cloud services and API management. You are capable to lead small projects and different suppliers according to their contracts.
Knowledge about Hubspot CMS\/Marketing Automation and\/or FreshWorks modules is expected.
<\/strong><\/span>
In addition to the Marketing and Sales IT team, you work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers and of course inspiring stakeholders. You report to the Marketing and Sales Domain Owner.<\/span>

Main Responsibilities:<\/span>
• Coordinate troubleshooting, support and service<\/span>
• Bridge the gap between our platform team and various OpCo’s end-to-end responsibilities for the application development, operation, and maintenance<\/span>
• Manage assignment of incidents to other support teams (infrastructure or applications)<\/span>
• Manage overall incident and request for SL OpCos<\/span>
• Participate in projects coordination and implementation<\/span>
• Lead supplier work according to their contracts within the project<\/span>
• Maintain relationships with technology, software, and security vendors<\/span>
• Maintain familiarity with current and upcoming compliance requirements & regulation, services, and other developments in own area.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Requirements<\/h4>\n

Experience Required<\/span>
• A minimum of 3 years work experience as Service Manager or in a comparable role<\/span>
• Working experience of Hubspot CMS\/Marketing Automation and\/or FreshWorks modules is a must<\/span>
• Experience working in an international setting with distributed application development teams<\/span>
• Familiarity with international GDPR rules<\/span>
• Demonstrated cross functional knowledge and collaboration, i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together.<\/span><\/p>

Attitude:<\/span>
• Self-starter, working effectively and independently<\/span>
• Strong communicator and team player experienced in Agile way-of-working and Scrum<\/span>
• Being a good sparring partner for Product Owner as well as process experts\/key users<\/span>
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in good relation with stakeholders and team<\/span>

General Skills (non-technical)<\/span>
• Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and strong team player with problem solving skills<\/span>
• Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions<\/span>
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management<\/span>
• Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances<\/span>
• Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty<\/span>
• Drives for result and has problem solving ability<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n
