Function<\/h4>\n

We are looking for a Service Manager \/ Operations Lead<\/strong> for our Front Office Solutions team. <\/span>We hope you have knowledge and experience of the support, maintenance and operational activities of business systems and applications<\/strong> as well as privacy and security.

<\/span>You work closely with the order to cash, marketing and sales, finance & reporting and data integrations teams, as well as stakeholders and the development team.

<\/span><\/span>The Service Manager will provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout our organisation. The goal is to keep our organization running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

<\/span><\/span>Team size: around 30 people + international operating companies stakeholders.
<\/font>There will be introduction training provided at the begining of the rol.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\r\n

Requirements<\/h4>\n

Attitude:
<\/span>\u2022 Strong communicator and team player experienced in DevOps, Agile way-of-working (SAFe & Scrum)
<\/span>\u2022 Being a good sparring partner for Operations Lead as well as process experts\/key users
<\/span>\u2022 Self-starter, working effectively and independently
<\/span>\u2022 Ability to multi-task and establish priorities in good relation with stakeholders and team
<\/span>\u2022 Highly organized with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

<\/span>Technical Skills:
<\/span>\u2022 Knowledge of related to SAP technical landscape, authorization and SAP Basis functions is a must have
<\/span>\u2022 AWS knowledge, also in serverless environment
<\/span>\u2022 Experience with ITIL Framework and knowledge about ITSM tools like Service Now and Jira
<\/span>\u2022 Experience with ICT infrastructure related topics
<\/span>\u2022 Knowledge with integration and architecture principles
<\/span>General Skills (non-technical)
<\/span>\u2022 Excellent relationship\/stakeholder management skills
<\/span>\u2022 Very good verbal and written communication skills
<\/span>\u2022 Strong analytical skills and analytical approach to problem solving
<\/span>\u2022 Ability to make decisions and be accountable for decisions and actions
<\/span>\u2022 Effective planning and organization skills
<\/span>\u2022 Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty
<\/span>\u2022 Flexible and adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances
<\/span>\u2022 Drives for results

<\/span>Experience Required:
<\/span>\u2022 A minimum of 5 years work experience as Service Management or in a comparable role
<\/span>\u2022 Experience in Project Management
<\/span>\u2022 Experience working in an international setting with distributed application development teams<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Demonstrated cross functional knowledge and collaboration, i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together.
<\/span>\u2022 Fluent in English language<\/span>
